Compressed Air Filter

The precision filtration system comprises five distinct types of filters: a PF-grade gas-liquid separator, an AO, AA, and AX-grade three-stage precision filter set, and an AR-grade rear dust filter. As compressed air containing solid particles enters the vessel, it flows through the filter element from the inside out. Utilizing direct interception, inertial collision, and gravitational sedimentation, the system effectively captures oil mist, promoting its coalescence as it permeates the filter bed. This process ensures efficient gas-liquid separation within the internal gravity drainage layer, with contaminants ultimately being expelled as wastewater.
