Combined Nitrogen Generator

Our compact nitrogen generator integrates a refrigerated air dryer, a precision filtration system, an air buffer tank, a nitrogen buffer tank, and a dual-tower nitrogen generator into a single skid-mounted unit. Users simply need to connect the air inlet to an air compressor and the nitrogen outlet to the nitrogen application. This design greatly optimizes the user experience by eliminating the need for installation and commissioning, saving both space and time, while providing a more efficient and convenient gas supply solution.

Lithium Battery Manufacturing

  • Do you have to turn on the air dryer manually on a combined unit?

    No, we manufactured our own dryers, thus it comes with chain control functionality. So when you turn on the nitrogen generator on the PLC screen, the whole unit (including air dryers) automatically turns on by itself. Same when turning off the unit.
  • Do you have to change any valve settings in the cabinet before turning on the unit?

    No, everything single unit comes out our factory comes pre-tuned, and pre-commissioned. Tested to make sure every unit meets the customer’s nitrogen requirements. Simply connect the unit to power and compressed air source and the unit is ready to go.
